We would like to welcome more 50 year olds to CrossFit, knowing that the benefits of Strength and conditioning far out way the limits of the stories we tell ourselves.

LIMITING BELIEFS


As we age, we tend to get more and more familiar with these stories that we tell ourselves.... or perhaps it’s not us... its our friends and families imposing their limiting beliefs of us.


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Age is a factor. Its true.


As we age our bodies take longer to recover from:

- high intensity workouts

- high neurological stress

- injury


As we age we also ;

- Become less mobile

- Have lower work capacity

- Create less force

Rod is 60+ (Masters League legend) bursting with energy, digging holes all day for a living, training CrossFit 3-4x per week and spending time doing what he loves with his partner and friends.
