My journey with CrossFit started later in life at 40 years old. I love the comradeship that i haven't found anywhere else and have made so many positive changes in my life thanks to the sport and the friends that i have found from it. For 10 years i have coached swimming and swim fitness in New Zealand which has brought me great satisfaction. Now that my family and i have settled in Altona, i have finally been able to combine my passion for coaching with the sport of fitness that i love.
