Masters League

CrossFit has a growing number of people of all ages flocking to give it a go.

One of the great things about growing demand is a growing opportunity to compete.

Masters athletes are typically over 35 in CrossFit. So, contrary to popular thought, you dont need to be young to compete in CrossFit.

At CrossFit 3018 we have masters who compete in Joe Riego’s #MastersLeague every year.

We have members of our community ranging from 12 years old to 65years old and the 35-65 year olds are all welcome to join in on the competitive side of CrossFit, or simply enjoy training at the box for fun and fitness.

The great thing about competition is that it pushes you to perform and often the thought of a future competition also stimulates enthusiasm in members to work on their weaknesses a little more, try a little harder and show up a bit more often.

We train more than 50 masters at CrossFit 3018 and 25% of them compete year round.

Whether you want more pull ups, less body fat, more energy to play with your kids or more strength to tackle the physical challenges of life, CrossFit with us is a great way to do that.

Join our team and get the first week of unlimited CrossFit for $25 a free gym towel and a community you’ll fall in love with.

and if you’ve been thinking about it, sign up to Joe’s competition there are age groups and categories to suit your experience and fitness. https://www.mastersleague.com.au
