Every week in April we challenged our #members to step it up a notch, put their old #weightlifting benchmarks to the test and go and re-write some new records. The winner of the comp, being the person with the greatest percentage improvement. Each week one of our athletes walks away with a 30% off voucher to our clothing range and many athletes get to see improvement in their lifts.

Memberships start from $35/ week for 2 CrossFit sessions. We recommend new athletes to begin with 2 sessions a week for the first month and to top up their training with supplementary bike riding, rowing or running.
