Tristan works with 3 different kinds of individuals:
A: Rehabilitation: Perhaps you’ve been injured, maybe you’re completely new to exercise or looking to build a bullet proof body. Typically 4-8 weeks of 1hr/wk working alongside the advice of your Physio/osteo if choice.
B: Body weight skills and strength; Those looking to improve their overall function, mechanics and skills through training with Tristan and doing extras on their own.
C: Sports performance: Those athletes looking to make better gains for their sport. Ie, explosiveness, work capacity, body balance, core strength and accountability. Generally 1hr/Fortnight.
Fees are $99/hr
Private Intro to a CrossFit online 2 x 1 hour sessions, $75 each.
