Seeking motivation and inspiration… then step up.

So where is the puck (AKA your fitness) going…? – What results do you want? – What movements do you want to master? – How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning? – How would you like to feel about yourself when you look in the mirror?

The laws of nature suggest that you are either growing or you are dying. The water is constantly flowing, the trees are strengthening their hold of the ground as they reach their branches and as the winds blows harder the tree grows stronger. Movement creates strength, movement is a law of nature, growth is a law of nature. Humans need to grow and move … and its okay  if you have made the mistake that 95% of Australians make by not setting any clear direction around what is health and what is fitness…if you want to be mediocre and more than that if you are planning to live where waking up is hard, looking in the mirror makes you feel disgusting and you feel weak and unhealthy on the inside. What about a feeling that is even worse than this, the feeling of dying on the inside where nothing is really challenging you because you aren’t really inspired to do anything or to try to be better.

STOP IT! The advanced coaching is… stop it.

3 questions:

What do you want to create? What do you need to stop doing? What do you need to start doing?

The journey of health and fitness is often left until last, or until it is a problem and if it is a problem its time to act, or is it not?

The next thing to think about is, do you really want to do this alone. I highly doubt it.

Behind all successful achievements is a support network. Be it relationships, families, businesses or even sports champions, the common element is a support network of people around them that challenge, guide and nurture them to be the best that they can be.

What kind of support network do you want around you? or are you more inclined to just hang out with who ever is near.

Did you know we accept, subconsciously, the attitudes, beliefs and standards of the 5 people we spend the most time with. This is the reason why a professional athletes connect and get on so well. Its also the reason why Millionaires connect with other millionaires and billionaires connect because they are surrounding themselves with excellence in the area of life they value highly. If you want to increase the level of health and vitality you are experiencing, get around a community of healthy, vital people.

So start hanging around with people that are already getting the results that you want, and if you don’t know what you want…do anything. Make any decision that is different to move you away from what you are currently getting and towards a new outcome.
