(Heard this at a recent comedy show)

Fun facts #2: *CrossFit improves all aspects of health and fitness and is changing the stereo types of the aging ie: being weak, stiff, slow, unfit. *Gymnasts have 8-10x the bone density of everyday people and way better Body Awareness, that’s why we use gymnastics as a foundation in CrossFit *CrossFitters fall over trying to go faster, not from being weak and frail.
